The purpose of this meeting is to approve the BIA’s budget and proposed activities for 2024. Only members of the BIA and their legal representatives (proof required) are eligible to vote at the AGM.  Per The City of Toronto Municipal Code, Chapter 19, states that BIA Members are definded as “all persons who are non-residential tenants of rateable property in a business property class in a business improvement area.”
